Joining forces with experienced industry veterans C. Javier Parraga and Scott Schubiger, the newly formed ZGrowth Partners will expand and strengthen its comprehensive suite of sales solutions to now include both domestic and international franchise development,
The new team at ZGrowth has over 100 years of combined experience as franchisors, franchise executives, and franchise operators and has been responsible for sales of $100+ million in initial franchise fees and the signing of 1,000+ U.S. franchise agreements and 200+ international Master Franchise agreements. To successfully grow its clients’ franchise systems, ZGrowth Partners offers brands proven and measured franchise sales and development solutions that include: strategic and franchise sales planning, sales systems and tools guidance, lead generation and sales marketing, and sales cycle support.

Scott Schubiger serves as President of ZGrowth Partners and brings a long history expanding organizations, both big and small, on a regional, national and global basis. Prior to ZGrowth, Scott served as Operating Partner at NRD Capital, a private equity firm focused on unique niche franchise equity investments. Additionally, Scott was responsible for worldwide development at Rita’s Franchise Company. Within two years, his team produced a 10x increase in franchise sales revenue and executed over 400 franchise agreements in development throughout the U.S., Canada, China, the Caribbean, and the Philippines. The result of these efforts produced 60% of the Company’s EBITDA.
The new ZGrowth team also includes accomplished strategist and sales professional C. Javier Parraga, who has taken on the role of ZGrowth Partners CEO, formerly Founding Partner with IFAS. Responsible for driving notable franchise development growth and network expansion throughout the world, Parraga recently led Zippy Shell to a $25 million growth capital investment from private investment firm Virgo Investment Group LLC. This investment has put the valuation of Zippy Shell at over $70 million. Parraga also served as EVP of Realogy Corporation where he achieved substantial international network growth, negotiating and signing over 150 Master Franchise agreements in over 100 countries for the company’s six franchise brands.
Rounding out the rest of the ZGrowth Partners team is Al Mendoza who serves as Executive Vice President, former Managing Partner with IFAS, and Lance Avery, Chief Technology Officer for Zippy Shell, who serves as company COO.
ZGrowth Partners most recent developments include facilitating the signing of a multi-unit franchise agreement for 9Rounds Kickboxing for major metropolitan markets in Mexico, a property management agreement for SVN Commercial Real Estate in Russia, and Master Franchise agreements for SVN Commercial in Canada and Mexico.
The ZGrowth Partners name change is effective immediately.
