Popular Female-Only Boxing Studio Opens Second Metro-Philadelphia

RIDLEY PARK, Pa. – Jabz Boxing is lacing up its gloves in Ridley Park.
Known for its full-body circuit style workout that utilizes boxing inspired exercises designed specifically for all women, Jabz Boxing announced today the opening of a new studio.The new studio is located at 611 N. Swarthmore Ave., conveniently situated at the busy intersection of Swarthmore Avenue and Rodgers Street.
To introduce members of the community to the studio, Jabz Boxing in Ridley Park will host a Grand Opening Event on Saturday April 20, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. All members of the community are invited to join the fun, which will feature:

The event is taking place at Jabz Boxing in Ridley Park.
“I’ve been passionate about fitness for years; I was drawn to the Jabz concept immediately and I knew I needed to bring it to the Ridley Park community,” said Jennifer August, owner of the new Ridley Park studio. “I am thrilled to provide Ridley Park women an empowering fitness community and am excited to open our studio doors!”
Prior to opening hernew Jabz Boxing studio, Jennifer served as a police sergeant in the Philadelphia area.
Committed to cultivating an empowering fitness community for women, Jabz Boxing offers intense boxing-inspired, full-body workouts to help clients achieve their fitness goals. With 16 women to a class, Jabz classes are kept small to encourage a personal and positive workout experience. All classes are lead by motivated, dedicated, certified instructors who offer one-on-one support for all members.
