Franchise Dictionary Magazine Honors Brand’s Top Executive for her Strategic Leadership and Influence on the Franchising Industry
PHOENIX – Jabz, the full-body circuit style workout that utilizes boxing-inspired exercises, announced today that Brand President Danielle Scott has been named one of Franchise Dictionary Magazine’s “50 Women of Wonder” (WOW).
The recognition presents the opportunity to celebrate remarkable female franchisors who have influenced their peers as well as other women interested in the franchising industry. This is Franchise Dictionary’s second annual Women of Wonder issue and a portion of the proceeds from the issue will be donated to the Susan G. Komen organization to fund programs that meet the most critical needs in communities and invest in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.
With more than 20 years of experience in the franchise industry, including leadership roles in franchise development and operations, Scott has helped to create, streamline and lead franchise companies that perform at the highest level. From working with start-up concepts to guiding acquisitions and international expansion, Scott’s background spans companies in several verticals, including B2B and B2C hospitality, education, restaurant, fitness and retail. As Brand President of Jabz, Scott currently leads the development and management of franchise operations, corporate growth, marketing and profitability.
“To be included in Franchise Dictionary Magazine’s 50 ‘Women of Wonder’ issue alongside such an accomplished group of women is a true honor,” said Scott. “At Jabz, our mission is to empower our members to achieve their fitness goals, regardless of the obstacles they may face along the way. In the same vein, my personal mission is to empower other women to break down the barriers they face and rise to their true potential, both personally and professionally.”
The 50 WOW had to meet all or most of the following criteria to be considered for inclusion: Empower other women to succeed; Help others with their business; Fill a niche in the market that benefits families and other women; Disrupt a business category; Inspire others to make a change.
“Each year more and more women are making an impact in the franchise industry,” said Alesia Visconti, Publisher & CEO, Franchise Dictionary Magazine. “They are changing the landscape, implementing new initiatives and bringing groundbreaking ideas to the table. Franchise ownership changes lives and allows people to follow their dreams of business ownership. Our ‘50 Women of Wonder’ (WOW) are some of the most amazingly talented, strong and dynamic women franchisors in the franchise industry. We thank them and are thrilled to celebrate their contributions!”
