MADabolic Raleigh owners, Emily and Rob Barton, will be expanding their existing footprint to accommodate not one, but two training floors.
Located in Downtown Raleigh at 410 S. Dawson St., the current studio is approaching max capacity with a healthy membership base and waitlisted classes. “Our classes are rammed and demand is high,” notes Rob, “so when the neighboring unit in our building became available, the opportunity for expansion was too ripe to pass up.”
Currently, MADabolic Raleigh accommodates 25-person classes. Following the expansion buildout, there will be an additional 20-person training floor, enabling the location to accommodate 45 people across two training floors and a spacious shared lobby.
“This is an exciting first for the brand,” says MADabolic co-Founder and Chief Concept Officer, Brandon Cullen. “We’ve never had multiple training floors under one studio, but our scalable model easily supports this initiative, and there are no two better owners to run with this unique concept. Emily and Rob have seen so much success in the Raleigh market with grit and hard work, so I’m very excited for and proud of this additional growth opportunity they’ve earned.”
