MADabolic Signs New Franchise in Oklahoma City

MADabolic, the franchise leaders in strength and conditioning, is proud to announce that an agreement has been signed to bring the concept to Oklahoma City, marking the brand’s first studio in the state of Oklahoma. The studio will be owned and operated by the dynamic Hlubek sisters, Kristi and Kelly.

Kristi and Kelly were initially exposed to MADabolic in Washington, D.C. Kelly became a member at the H-Street location when she was living in the area and introduced Kristi to the concept during a short visit. “I immediately fell in love with it,” says Kristi, who – upon her return to Oklahoma City – became increasingly enamored with the prospect of bringing MADabolic to her city.

Kelly was a competitive soccer player, the sport taking her to college until she suffered an unfortunate ACL injury and redirected her athletic interests towards group fitness. Kristi also grew up playing soccer, and took an interest in weightlifting at a young age. They made note of how deeply the MADabolic experience resonated with them as former athletes. “MADabolic is just different” Kelly says. “The people of OKC don’t even know what they’re missing (yet). Between the discipline and accountability it provides, and the actual purposeful structure behind the workouts, I predict the gym will become a haven for the athletes of Oklahoma City.”

The sisters’ shared belief in the program and passion behind their own fitness journeys and self-discovery as strong, empowered women largely drives their hunger to bring MADabolic to their hometown. “We are proud of this investment, and even prouder of each other. Running a business together fulfills a lifelong dream for us both, and we are committed to bringing all that MADabolic offers to our community.”

“Kristi and Kelly are a powerful force to be reckoned with,” shares Brandon Cullen, MADabolic’s Co-Founder and Chief Concept Officer. “The partnership just feels right. Between their motivation, passion, and combined skillsets, I foresee no shortage of success for them.”

Initially founded in Charlotte, NC, MADabolic has 35 locations open and another 50+ in development. The concept offers a top-notch strength-biased training program, robust operating systems to help owners thrive, and a team of experts behind the brand, delivering the tools for franchise owners to successful studio ownership.
