ZGrowth Partners will work collaboratively with the portfolio companies to expand their franchise networks and position each entity for a successful exit.
My name is Javier Parraga, CEO of ZGrowth Partners and ZGrowth Capital Fund, our new private equity vehicle. During my long history driving franchise development growth and network expansion throughout the world, I have perfected measured franchise strategies that produce real results.
In 2009 I led a small team of talented franchise executives and together we launched Zippy Shell USA, a self-storage franchise system. Last year, the results of our efforts were recognized and rewarded as I led Zippy Shell to a $25 million growth capital investment from private investment firm Virgo Investment, LLC. This monetary event has put the valuation of Zippy Shell at over $70 million and has rewarded first round investors with a 13x+ return. As with this and other investments, I start by assembling a talented team. Together we combine both financial investment acumen with proven franchise sales experience to create explosive ROIs for early investors.
