Scotty’s Brewhouse, the Indiana based craft beer sports bar, known for its unique burgers, dill chips and local craft beer, plans to open a new location in Poplar Bluff, Missouri with multiple locations planned throughout the state over the next three years.
“We feel that the State of Missouri, beginning with Poplar Bluff, is a great next step in our nation-wide expansion,” said Chris Martin, President of Scotty’s Brewhouse. “We will be making more announcements about other locations in the coming months, but today we are excited to be coming to Poplar Bluff.”
Just last month Scotty’s Brewhouse announced they would be opening in Waco, Texas; their first of multiple locations planned for the state of Texas. The company also is looking at expansion opportunities in Ohio, Michigan, Florida, Arizona, Illinois and the East Coast.
Scotty’s Brewhouse will serve lunch and dinner and seat 180+ between its dining room and bar area 7 days a week opening at 11am. The restaurant will have more than three dozen TVs showing national and local sporting events as well as a full-service bar with 30 draft lines featuring local craft beers.
“We work very hard to find and carry the best local craft beers,” said Mark Sontag, Director of Food and Beverage. “We are always rotating our taps to make sure frequent guests can always try something new and unique created by their local breweries while they watch the game.”
Scotty’s Brewhouse food menu includes innovative craft burgers, shareable appetizers and unique entrees. Guest favorites like dill chips, wings and the award winning Shewman Special Burger featuring peanut butter, bacon and jalapeños are mainstays on their large menu. Scotty’s Brewhouse also offers a lunch menu, gluten sensitive dishes and vegetarian options.
Ahead of the opening guests can download Scotty’s Brewhouse Loyalty App from their smartphones. The app includes a Mobile Pay feature allowing guests to pay their check, leave a tip and sign for their check all within the App. Members also get a free entrée on their Birthday as well as other exclusive promotions throughout the year. Scotty’s Brewhouse is currently scheduled to open in late February 2018 and will bring over 100 new part-time and full time Jobs to the area, including opportunities for individuals with disabilities, a culture that Scotty’s has been nationally recognized for in previous years.
